These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VisaViz website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VisaViz.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information;
- Keep your information up to date;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You remain responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
3. VisaViz Services
VisaViz provides tools and resources designed to assist users in identifying employment opportunities, understanding sponsorship trends, researching employers, improving application strategies, and automating portions of the job application process.
VisaViz may provide:
- Sponsorship Intelligence
- Employer and visa sponsorship data
- Job search functionality
- Resume and profile matching
- Application automation tools
- Career resources and educational content
- Industry insights and reports
- AI-powered recommendations
The specific features available may change over time.
4. No Employment or Sponsorship Guarantee
VisaViz is an informational and technology platform.
We do not:
- Guarantee employment;
- Guarantee interviews;
- Guarantee job offers;
- Guarantee visa sponsorship;
- Guarantee immigration outcomes;
- Guarantee the accuracy of third-party employer information.
Any sponsorship likelihood scores, employer insights, recommendations, or predictive information are estimates based on available data and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
Employers may change their hiring practices, sponsorship policies, or recruiting needs at any time.
You acknowledge that employment and immigration outcomes are outside VisaViz's control.
5. Application Automation Authorization
Certain VisaViz features may allow users to automate or streamline job application processes.
By enabling these features, you expressly authorize VisaViz to:
- Use information you provide;
- Populate application forms;
- Submit applications on your behalf;
- Upload documents that you have provided;
- Interact with supported job application systems in accordance with your selected preferences.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of information submitted through automated processes.
You may disable automation features at any time.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide truthful and accurate information;
- Maintain ownership or authorization to use any documents you upload;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Use the Services only for legitimate employment-related purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of your profile;
- The content of your resume and application materials;
- Any representations made to employers;
- Any communications with employers.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
- Submit fraudulent or misleading information;
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Interfere with platform operations;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce platform functionality;
- Scrape, harvest, or extract platform data without permission;
- Use automated tools to access VisaViz except where expressly permitted;
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or work authorization status.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and all associated content are owned by VisaViz or its licensors.
This includes:
- Software
- Platform design
- Branding
- Logos
- Reports
- Data visualizations
- Educational content
- Insights
- Algorithms
- AI-generated outputs
- Sponsorship intelligence methodologies
Subject to these Terms, VisaViz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from VisaViz content without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or provide access to third-party websites, employers, job boards, software providers, or external services.
VisaViz does not control and is not responsible for:
- Third-party content;
- Third-party privacy practices;
- Employer hiring decisions;
- External platform availability;
- External platform functionality.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
VisaViz may:
- Modify features;
- Suspend functionality;
- Remove content;
- Conduct maintenance;
- Discontinue portions of the Services
at any time without liability.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including when:
- These Terms are violated;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Platform security is threatened;
- Continued access could expose VisaViz or its users to risk.
Users may terminate their account at any time by deleting their account through platform settings.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaViz disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:
- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement;
- Accuracy;
- Reliability;
- Availability.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from inaccuracies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaViz and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Lost employment opportunities;
- Lost sponsorship opportunities;
- Immigration outcomes;
- Lost profits;
- Lost data;
- Business interruption;
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
In no event shall VisaViz's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to VisaViz during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid VisaViz for Services, VisaViz's total liability shall not exceed $100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VisaViz and its affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Information you submit;
- Your interactions with employers or third parties.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
